Online Personal Training


Online training is a new and exciting way to receive life-changing transformation and fitness coaching. It can be utilized anywhere by anyone and offers convenience, flexibility, and affordability. I am now able to empower many women with more accountability and support than I ever could when training exclusively one-on-one.

Leveraging the power of the internet and cutting out the overhead costs of the gym means that you get more for your hard-earned dollar. Online platforms and mobile communication tools keep me wired and accessible to my clients even if they are hundreds or thousands of miles away.

The best part? The program is your program. No longer limited by rules of the gym, scheduling necessities, and financial obligations to a host of other parties, I can give you precisely what you need, when you need it.

Throw the word “training” out the window. I will be your concierge – giving you what you need, when you need it, no matter how those needs may change over time.

Online personal training, nutrition coaching, and life coaching allow highly motivated clients to have the support and guidance they need at a fraction of the cost of in-person services. Training online is great whether you are preparing your body for pregnancy and delivery, or are recovering from childbirth. You may also choose to supplement online personal training with in-person sessions. Training online is a great way to improve your long-term health and that of your family.

 

You may wonder whether you should train one-on-one, online, or both in a hybrid model. Here are some questions to ask yourself when deciding:

  • Will I prioritize engagement with my online exercise program regularly without a set appointment with my trainer?
  • Do I prefer working closely with my coach at a specific time each week?
  • Am I able to fully commit to my program on my own or is working together one-on-one better for me?
  • How intrinsically motivated do I feel right now to make health and fitness changes in my life?

– Email support for any questions you may have.

$375 per month or save by purchasing a yearly package $3900

VIP online personal training package

–¬†An individualized (monthly) exercise program, designed by Julia, specific to your goals, injuries, available equipment, and preferences. Each exercise comes with a video link.

– Four visualizations.

– Access to the Fit & Healthy Pregnancy Facebook group. Health and fitness information is regularly posted to support you on your journey.

– Email support for any questions you may have.

– Two monthly coaching calls (30 minutes each). You may space them out or schedule coaching calls however you feel suits you best. With each monthly package renewal, you will continue to have two monthly coaching calls (24 per year).
