  • Your individualized, monthly exercise program (delivered weekly to your inbox), designed by Julia, specific to your goals, injuries, available equipment, and preferences. Each exercise comes with a video link.
  • Email support for any questions you may have.
  • Two monthly coaching calls (30 minutes each). You may space them out or schedule coaching calls however you feel suits you best. With each monthly package renewal, you will continue to have two monthly coaching calls (24 per year).
