In her own pregnancy, Julia faced relentless morning sickness that made her want crappy, processed foods.

This ultimately led her to developing gestational diabetes.

In her efforts to get her weight and fitness back in order, she discovered an easy way to manage gestational diabetes (without medication), keep total weight gain under 20 pounds, and stay toned for the remainder of her pregnancy.

Her signature system, Toned, Sexy Mama is easy and simple for pregnant women to follow and teaches them how to balance and choose macronutrients (fat, carbs, and protein), coupled with 20 minutes of level 1 strength training, so that they stay toned and sexy.

This program takes minutes, not hours, each day and helps new mamas stay on course while pregnant so that they avoid putting on extra, unwanted weight, making recovery a breeze.

She doesn’t endorse crash diets or extreme exercise protocols.

She believes that a healthy lifestyle should be fun, gentle, and engaging.

Side note: She ate a ton, even with gestational diabetes (and it wasn’t all vegetables) and returned to her pre-pregnancy weight within eight weeks of delivery!
